ADSL Top –Up Terms and Conditions:


  1. By using the ADSL Top-Up system, the customer is agrees without limitation or qualification to be bound by, and comply with Tradepage’s General Terms and Conditions as well as the following Top-Up Terms and Conditions
  2. Customers will only be able to Top-Up their ADSL account using a credit card via this online facility. No Top-Ups will be processed on account.
  3. The customer will be directed to a payment gateway called Virtual Card System (VCS) Network for payment. The transaction will be processed real-time via a secure, encrypted session.
  4. Tradepage will not store credit card details of any nature in the system or any other database under the control of Tradepage.
  5. The customer will be advised if the payment transaction has been successful as soon as the payment process is complete.
  6. Should the payment be successful, the additional bandwidth will be allocated once full payment has been confirmed by VCS.
  7. Should the payment transaction be unsuccessful, the customer will be requested to contact the Tradepage offices during office hours for assistance.
  8. Tradepage will not be held liable for any damage or loss of revenue whatsoever due to a customer’s account not being loaded with the requested Top-Up bandwidth timeously. Tradepage will take all reasonable actions to ensure the timeous loading of the customer’s account with the purchased Top-Up bandwidth.
  9. To prevent fraud via the Top-Up system, a customer will only be able to Top-Up his account once a day.
  10. An invoice will be generated for each Top-Up transaction. This will be posted and/or emailed to the customer at month-end depending on existing account settings. The invoice will indicate that payment has been received.
